RETURN POLICY
We hope you love your new Peppamint products as much as we do! However in circumstances where you may not entirely love your new product and need to change the size or style you have purchased, here is what we can do..
FOR YOUR ONLINE PURCHASE
We can offer full refund or a store credit in the form of a gift card however this varies between items; please see table below
WHAT YOUR RETURN ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR:
- Full Priced Items: Full refund or store credit
- Discounted Items: (up to 29%) Store credit
- Discounted Items: (30% or more) Unable to be returned
We are a brand new business, so please allow us time to grow and develop our processes to make returns more streamline for you!
All returns must be processed within 7 days of receiving your order, tags (if given) must still be attached, and the product in its original condition. If the product is not in original condition and has (including but not limited to) makeup stains and deodorant marks, your product will not be accepted, and your order will not be refunded.
In the unfortunate event of you needing to return a product, please email info@peppamint.com.au and be sure to include the table below.
Be sure to wait for our response regarding your return (please allow up to 3 working days) before sending out the package, as we may not be able to process your return without your order number information, or reason for the return.
