FAQS
Q. How long does packing and shipping take?
For orders processed before 2pm, I aim to get your parcels out the same day, and orders after that time are processed the following day (Mon-Friday).
Please understand this is not always possible as I am a 'one man band' with a small human, managing all aspects of the business and so sometimes it may take an extra 1-2 days.
For estimated shipping times see our 'Shipping Policy' page
Q: How do I know what size I am?
We are currently working on improving our size guides for you!
But you can follow this guideline here: Size Guide

If you have more questions regarding sizing send us an email at info@peppamint.com.au so we can best direct you.
Generally, our products are 'true-to-size' unless otherwise stated in the product description (for example oversize items', but please also understand that everyones body shapes are entirely different so our guidelines can only be that, a guideline.
Q: How do I care for my Peppamint garments?
Please take care with rough surfaces such as concrete, and velcro as contact may cause pilling. To ensure your tights remain performing at their peak it is best to wash on a low temperature with a mild detergent and lie flat in the shade to dry. Each item of our collection has wash and care instructions on the inner tags which we highly recommend you follow to ensure the longevity of your apparel. You could also check out of ‘Fabric Care’ highlight reel on Instagram for individual care guides for our products.
Q: What is a pre-order?
Our pre-orders are there so you can be first inline for our new product drops! When we have items that are available on PRE-ORDER, it will be clearly stated in BOLD of our item description with ETA of arrival- please be sure to read this prior to ordering your item.
We will contact you when your products have been dispatched.
Please note these dates will vary but general guidelines will be included in the product description, we are also active on our Instagram page @peppamintapparel to keep you in the loop.
Alternatively you can contact us at info@peppamint.com.au should you need more information.
FULL PAYMENT is required when making a pre-order.
Q: What if I order other gear in the same order as a pre-order?
We can not ship out any other items you ordered with your pre-order item earlier than the date your pre-order is dispatched.
If you want an in stock product as well as your pre-order item, we suggest you order it on a separate transaction, unfortunately this means you will have to pay for shipping twice.
Alternatively you can wait for your pre-order to arrive, and both items will ship together.
Q: Do you offer Afterpay and Laybuy?
Yes. We offer Afterpay for Australian, New Zealand and U.K. customers. However there is a minimum spend of $75 AUD if you wish to use Afterpay on your purchase. We do not have Laybuy for our store.
Q: When will my queries be responded to?
Contact us anytime you have queries, and I will aim to respond within 48 hours. Please bear with me, I am a one man band, running all aspects of the business.
During busy periods such as new product drops, or restocks I also receive lots of enquiries so response times may be a little slower.
Can I pay in another currency?
We don’t offer a currency conversion! We will only process payments in the currency of our website, unless your country is listed.
Q: Are your products made ethically?
Yes! It took me 2 years to find a suitable manufacturer to work with. They are in compliance with the 'BSCI' requirements which is an initiative implemented by the 'Foreign Trade Association' to ensure protection of social standards in the workplace.
Standards include:
- Fair remuneration
- No child labour
- Decent working hours
- Ethical business behaviour
- No discrimination
- No bonded labour
The representative I work closely with is VERY happy in the workplace.
Q: What are your views on sustainability?
Here at Peppamint we strive to be as sustainable as possible, and of course this is a work in progress, constantly.
So far the strategies we have implemented are:
- Using decomposable mailers
- Using a thermal printing label machine- which helps reduce non-recyclable waste/by-products such as ribbons and ink cartridges
- Decomposable labels
- Wherever possible, multiple purchases will be packaged in the same garment bag to reduce plastic wastage
- We have removed the use of hang tags
- A future goal is to use decomposable garment bags, however minimum purchase quantity purchase is 10,000+ at this stage which I don't yet have the capacity for. Once there is an option suitable for smaller business' I will be on board.
